do you accept reservations?

unfortunately, we do not accept reservations, call ahead seating or seat incomplete parties due to the small size of our restaurant.  in the event of a wait, we maintain a waitlist and will text or call your party when a table is ready.  during a wait, you are more than welcome to enjoy our awesome neighborhood at a nearby establishment.

where do your ingredients come from?

we source the highest quality meats, fish and vegetables from responsible and local sources when available.  many of our ingredients rotate based on seasonality.  

can you cater to kids, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and food allergies?

we always have a few vegetarian options and some dishes can be modified to accommodate food restrictions.  we do not have gluten free noodles, and depending on sensitivity, many of our preparations include soy.  we cannot guarantee a totally, gluten free environment, but some items can be modified and served with rice to accommodate wheat allergies.  most of our food is kid friendly.  it’s best to consult your server as our menu changes occasionally and the kitchen will try their best to accommodate everyone.

do you sell gift certificates?

we sell gift certificates that can be printed or emailed in any amount.  give us a call during business hours, stop in or shoot us an email.

do you use msg in your food?

although traditional in ramen, we choose not to use msg in our broth.  msg is a delicious, harmless, flavor enhancer that is widely used in asian cooking.  our ramen may not taste "authentic" because of this difference.

can i order take-out or delivery?

we do take-out orders during regular business hours.  it’s best to call ahead and place your order. we also take walk-in orders.  call ahead orders usually take 10-20 minutes and walk-in orders may take longer depending on our volume of business at that time.  currently, we do not offer delivery.
